I would suggest a text system, perhaps using an app or even Whatsapp so you can just text for your orders or requirements etc.

Keep your expectations low but it's a comfortable stay if you can manage to bring some of your own stuff that you may need for yourself.
Snorkelling was fine as we brought our own equipment and the Spa was outstanding.

Rawa Island is accessible by a 20 minute speedboat ride from Mersing, Johor.
On another note, Pulau Rawa itself is stunning; with its clear blue water, white sandy beach and lush green surroundings.
