The staff moved us to another room straight away to be fair, do no worries.





But when added together it was frustrating and disappointing.

The staff at the counter failed to tell me that the location of the hotel carpark a nd resulted that I got a fine ticket.

WiFi in public areas is free.



Paid for suite, but i expect at least you provide lotion, bottled shower gel, conditioner and shampoo.





The manager was not on site and staff were quite rude.

The new room was very nice, although the carpet could do with a good clean and the occasional chairs were a little grubby and not in keeping with the rest of the decor.
