17/05/2014 . Vietnamese firm plans to start US$100 million dragon fruit farm in Australia The Vietnamese company planning to create Australia's largest dragon fruit farm hopes to plant its first crops in the Northern Territory (NT) this year.
Dragon Fruit Farm Kg Mook Kinarut is about 13 km from Kota-Kinabalu and about 3km from the old town of Pekan Kinarut. The farm is wholly owned by local people from Kg Mook Kinarut and the farm is the first at Kinarut and Kg Mook. The project is just started on Oct 2011 and expected to bear a fruits by month of May-July 2012.
