I like the hotel design, I dun like the hotel customer counter service they no smiling face, they talking on the phone is poor no friendly, maybe they r busy.









We will always endeavour to provide, to the best of our ability, an excellent and memorable guest service experience to our discerning guest.



An airport shuttle available 24 hours is available for a fee.









Hotel did not appear to know about 20% off food and beverage which took time to sort out on departure.
