The lift takes only 54 seconds going up to the observation deck and takes 52 seconds to come down.

Initially, the visit was free but in 2010, the tickets started being sold by Petronas.





Visitors can choose to opt for package one which is just a visit to the skybridge or go for package two to go to the skybridge and all the way to level 86.

The skybridge also acts as a safety device, so that in the event of a fire or other emergency in one tower, tenants can evacuate by crossing the skybridge to the other tower.

    Tiketnya Terhad Bang! Orang luar yang tak bekerja kat sini, memang boleh layan panorama Kuala Lumpur dari jambatan Menara Berkembar KLCC ini. Tapi wajib ada tiket. Dan cuma 1,200 tiket dikeluarkan setiap hari. Anda kena berbaris/menempah untuk mendapatkan tiket sebelum 8:30 pagi kerana tiket selalunya habis sebelum pukul 11 pagi.
